I just found out that my friend and elder, Sally Ramon died on Friday. Sally was a U.S. Army veteran, an MtF transgender warrior, and an active member of the Bay Area American Indian Two Spirits group. I’m deeply saddened to hear of her passing. Rest in Peace, Sally. :’ (
